Senior Consultant & Executive Coach

Brendan is an executive coach, trainer and teacher who has been building learning programmes for over twenty years. Brendan is passionate about all forms of learning. His style is supportive, positive and challenging. He specialises in guiding leaders and their teams through times of transition.

Brendan’s extensive experience of developing leadership on teams means that he quickly relates to the dynamics of the leaders and teams that he works with. He is adept at creating learning programmes which promote agility, critical thinking and resilience.

Brendan is Prism’s Coaching Lead and has wide experience in the design and delivery of coaching interventions for medium and large organisations. He is also a lead tutor for the Coaching for Impact programme at the UCD Smurfit Business School and is a coach tutor on their Business and Executive Coaching Diploma. Brendan has worked widely across the private and voluntary sector at senior levels in both coaching and workshop delivery. He has over fifteen years of management experience and a background in education and programme delivery.


Qualifications

  • Graduate Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching from the UCD Smurfit School of Business

  • Advanced Qualification in Training, a Higher Diploma in Education and a B.A. in English

  • Certified to deliver ECR 360 Reports and NHS Leadership 360

  • Certified at practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching council (EMCC)
