Annalisa is an executive coach and business consultant, passionate about developing leaders and their organisations to their full potential. She builds strong coaching relationships, helps clients to clarify their core values and purpose, and develop and realise purpose driven goals that lead to sustainable change. She also delivers personal and organisational leadership, effectiveness, and productivity programmes.
Annalisa has significant insight into the challenges that leaders and their teams face, through working closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders across public, private, and not for profit sectors who are tackling complex issues.
Before establishing her own coaching and consulting practice, Annalisa was the Director of Impact in Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, where she led the delivery of targeted support programmes for founders and CEOs. Prior to this, she established and led the EMEA Education Services division in Salesforce. She also co-founded Educational Multimedia Group, an e-learning company.
