Kate has worked as a consultant, coach and facilitator with leaders and managers in a wide range of industries over the past 15 years. Kate is an experienced project manager and instructional designer – creating and managing large scale leadership development programmes (in-person, hybrid and e-learning) in the areas of communication, leadership, resilience, train-the-trainer and creativity.
Kate enjoys working with individuals, group and teams to co-create engaging learning experiences to support them to develop and perform to their potential. Kate works in partnership with her clients to challenge existing habits, behaviours and mindsets, and enable them to create the conditions necessary to empower colleagues to develop more effective approaches.
Kate has worked with a wide range of clients across many sectors, from third level, retail, semi state, technology and banking.
Qualifications
B.A in Communication Studies from DCU and an MSc. in Leadership & Management Development
Qualified resilience coach, certified by the Academy of Executive Coaches, (AoEC), UK
Certified to deliver Human Synergistics® development tools, DiSC® and other psychometric tools
