How we do it?

Discovery phase with key stakeholders to understand the current state and unique business challenges

Co-design a bespoke programme including; timelines and success metrics with the key programme owner and/or steering group, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the process

Build psychological safety through conversations that challenge and explore team norms

Psychometric tools to create common behaviours and language across the teams, while driving self-awareness and change readiness amongst participants

Facilitation of team workshops with defined outputs. These sessions evaluate the team purpose statement, key priority areas, strengths of team to deliver the remit, blind spots or friction points, and personal commitments to deliver the plan

Ongoing support of the team alignment including; one to one executive coaching and a bespoke training programme to develop team connection and trust
